If the clock keeps showing the wrong time then we advise changing the battery. This normally resolves the problem.

Are you having difficulty in setting the clock to the correct time?
Signal strength improves at night, it is recommended to leave the battery inserted, ideally near a window overnight 

Possible interference or faults
Domestic electrical appliances without radio interference suppressors.
TV receivers and computers within 2 meters of the clock
Machinery with high frequency leakage
Outside the normal transmission radius (1200km)
Weather conditions can effect the signal transmission
Metal clad buildings.

There are times during the year when the signal is switched off for maintenance. Please

Guarantee
Your clock is guaranteed against any defective parts or construction for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Your guarantee is only valid if you present your original receipt when returning the clock.
The guarantee provides you with the rights which are in addition to the consumer statutory rights
and therefore, do not limit the effect of these statutory rights.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover breakages caused by accident or maltreatment. Batteries are
not covered. A full complete after sales service is also available, after the guarantee expires, at a nominal charge

When returning your clock
When returning your clock, please enclose a cheque or postal order for £4.95, payable to PH Services, to cover postage and insurance for loss or damage in transit.
